Graduated from the Law School of Largo de São Francisco at the University of São Paulo in 2000 and registered lawyer at the Brazilian Bar Association since 2001 under registration number 185,553.

Commenced legal practice during an internship at the XI de Agosto Legal Department, where she served as administrative director in 1999. With experience in law firms in São Paulo and business consulting, focusing on Business Information Services, she also had the opportunity to teach at São Marcos University and mentor in the Distance Postgraduate Course in Criminal Sciences at Anhanguera University – Uniderp in partnership with the LFG network.

Specialized in Criminal Law and Procedure and obtained a master’s degree in Political and Economic Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University. Returned to the Law School of Largo de São Francisco at the University of São Paulo to complete her Doctorate in State Law, with a research internship at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and an exchange at the University of Hiroshima. During these opportunities, she was a CAPES scholarship recipient in the CAPES Mérito Proex and CAPES PROSUP Modalidade II programs, and conducted teaching internships.
